Your Gear - Shipped fast to your doorstep

So you found some awesome gear and would like to have it as fast and well shipped as possible. We totally get this and we will do our very best to make this happen.

We ship all products from our own stock this means no delays, stock issues from suppliers and the fastest shipping possible.

All orders usually ship within 1-2 business days  and you'll receive a tracking code once the parcel has left our storage.

Which Parcel service do you use?

For shipments within the Netherlands we offer PostNL and DPD. Depending on your country we can either offer DPD, DHL, UPS or DHL Express. All options for your specific country will be shown during checkout.

Our shipping is especially fast and well priced to: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg.

Help I have received a different product than I ordered

In very rare cases, our employees will pack something else that you ordered. Products may also differ from the information on our site.

Whatever happens, we're here for you. Send us an email with a photo of the product you received and we will look for a suitable solution together.

Different delivery address

It's possible to ship your order to a different address as your billing address. During checkout you'll have the oppertunity.

NAPO Address

Of course we have the possibility to ship your order to a NAPO address. Note this is not the same as US Military post addresses. 

Transportation warranty

Great tactical gear deserves to be packed well. We do our very best to pack the gear as well as possible considering the destination and contents. 

If for some reason, you receive your parcel in a bad shape, please don't accept it. This way it'll be send back to us and we'll be able to send you an instant replacement.

If you already accepted the parcel - please inform us on the damages within 5 working days.


At Applied Store we offer a 14 days return policy. This means returns have to be back with us 14 days after you've received the item. If you expect shipping to take longer please notify us before shipping your return.

All items must be unused, undamaged and still with original tags.

Due to Hygiene there are a few restrictions on what you can return. Items listed below cannot be returned after trying them on:

  • Socks
  • Underwear
  • Thermal clothing
  • Caps/hats
  • Whistles

After we receive your return we will initiate a refund within 5 working days.

All returns are at your own costs. The exact costs are determined by the postal carrier of your choice. Please note that it's recommended using a registered mail service, it will offer the best security for you and us.

If we receive an returned shipment with missing packaging or use condition we will not be able to refund or only partially. This will be done at our own discretion.

When you're too late to return your product but still wish to return it; please contact us first before sending it back to us. We'll look at each case to see what we can do.

Also note: If your address is incorrect or you if you're not able to pick up your parcel at a parcel point - it'll be returned to us. We will subtract the shipping costs from the payment to be returned to you.
