How fast do you guys ship?

9 out of 10 orders ship the same work day.

How fast will I received my product?

• the Netherlands 1 workday (usually)
• Belgium/Germany/Luxembough will be 1-2 workdays.
• France/UK/Switzerland/Denmark/Austria 2-3 workdays.
• Rest of europe 5-7 workdays
• Rest of the world 7-14 workdays

Which carrier do you use?

For shipments within the Netherlands we offer PostNL, DPD and DHL. Depending on your country we can either offer DPD, DHL, UPS or DHL Express. All options for your specific country will be shown during checkout.

Returns

You can return your items 14 days after receiving it. The product has to be unused and in original packaging with tags.
