How fast do you guys ship?
We'll ship the same day when a product is in stock. There are very few products we take backorders on so you can be sure your product ships the same day.
How fast will I received my product?
- the Netherlands 1 workday (usually)
- Belgium/Germany/Luxembough will be 1-2 workdays.
- France/UK/Switzerland/Denmark/Austria 2-3 workdays.
- Rest of europe 5-7 workdays
- Rest of the world 7-14 workdays
Which carrier do you use?
We offer PostNL (delivered by your local carrier) or DHL. You can select the option available at checkout.

Whats the delivery time of back order items
This depends on the brand and availability of the items at the supplier. We'll try to keep you informed as best as we can during the process.
How do I see if a product is in backorder? It's shown on the product page, your shopping cart and the checkout page.
You can return your items 14 days after receiving it. The product has to be unused and in original packaging with tags.
Each return is checked for damages, completness and smells.
NOTE: Returning is always for the buyers cost. Not sure about the product at the time of ordering? Contact us, we will answer all and any question to make sure you buy the right product.
You will be payed back in the same way you provided payment. Note that paypal payments might be done via an eCheck, this may take 2 weeks to process.
