We understand you'd want to look at some products before you buy them, or just want to pick them up. That's no problem! You can now select ' Pickup at showroom in Schiedam' and pick up your products. Please do wait for the confirmation mail - we expect to have your order ready for you within 2 hours on working days.
If you haven't paid your order, that's no problem. We'll see your order and still have it available for pickup, but we keep it for a limited time; 72 hours (sunday & monday not included as we are closed those days). When you don't contact us between those 72 hours or come to our shop to pick them up, we will cancel your reservation.
I need a special item or I need a bigger quantity. Do I need to pre-pay this?
Special orders (items we don't regularly keep in stock) or a bigger quantity requires a partial pre-payment. Of course we'll always mention this in our (mail)conversations. Orders are not definitive untill the partial pre-payment has been made.
Please note, when the order has been made, the pre-payment has been made as well and after this, you change your mind, we are not obligated to refund the pre-payment. We'll look into this per case.
