Heilige Boontjes = Holy Beans - Rotterdam's social coffee and Hollands nr1 Police coffee brand.

Brazil knows many coffee variations but only few end up in the 'Cup of Excellence' (https://cupofexcellence.org/) years in a row. THis has been achieved by Diogo Dias, his Fazenda Recreio lays close to Poços de Caldas (MG) in one of the highest coffee regions. This region is known for it's vulcanic soil and has a mild climate.

This gives the coffee a slow growing time and unique flavour.

The flavour of Heilige Boontjes Brazil is neutral with a hint of sweetness and fresh finish. Very suitable to make a espresso koffie but also works good as a melange.
