Heilige Boontjes = Holy Beans - Rotterdam's social coffee and Hollands nr1 Police coffee brand.

Ethiopia is the cradle of coffee where it'll grow between the high acacia trees. Sidamo is an area in the south with many small coffee farmers that do not have the right equipment for processing the beans. This is done by so-called washing stations that'll buy the coffee from the farmers, depulps and washes. 

Sidamo is a highland where the coffee will grow between 1600 and 1800 meters in a quite and stable climate, call it the eternal spring.

The taste of this coffee is unique in the world and doesn't know an equal. It's freshly flavoured of wild limes in a rich aroma.
